I wanted to become a part of the growing business of call centers from my country Philippines, not only with a reason of earning more money but with the thought that my communication and other skills will be enhanced. Prior to working in the call center companies, I used to be an outdoor agent for some products like life insurance and online advertisement. I was also full time assistant/ secretary to our family business. I finished Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology majoring in Human Resource Recruitment and Guidance Counseling.
