My personal and professional journey exemplifies pioneering leadership and unwavering determination, enriched by my background as a U.S. Army Veteran. Raised by a single mother and as a first-generation college student, I fearlessly challenged norms, even owning my first home at 23. With a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of California, Los Angeles, I have embarked on a dynamic career that spans real estate and the food service sectors. This journey culminated in the establishment of Fresh Start Healthy Meals Inc. My steadfast commitment shines through as our enterprise provides an impressive 30,000 daily school meals across Southern California, positioning as one of a few Latina leaders in U.S. food manufacturing.In addition to Co-founding Fresh Start, I also co-founded Dough Girl Pizza and the Dough Girl Foundation. This initiative empowers underserved individuals by imparting financial literacy, entrepreneurial expertise, and vital life skills. With a strong emphasis on nurturing adept business leaders, the program fosters the growth of the next generation, driving positive change within communities and beyond. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration at Pepperdine University.
