Current- Serve as the Diversity and Inclusion Lead spearheading efforts to create an inclusive and diverse culture for NJ.- Maintains current knowledge of diversity and inclusion trends and developments through professional networking.- Delivers training to educate employees to recognize, accommodate and appreciate diversity and inclusion.- Influences leaders to formulate and execute strategies to promote and improve diversity and inclusion efforts.- Leads efforts to develop a strong group of individuals that will stimulate conversation and advocate I&D mindfulness.- Encourages Inclusion and Diversity moments during company & departmental meetings and conferences.- Shares and conveys monthly updates to managers and staff on corporate Inclusion and Diversity initiatives and events.- Plan special Inclusion and Diversity events and activities and promote participation across the company.
