Participant/Responsible for implementing the SAP FI and CO modules in the concern's 10 companies located in Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Turkey, Great Britain, Canada, Italy, France, Australia and New Zealand. An Fit-gaap analysis of the countries different needs in SAP so that all their legal requirements are met and prepared in the SAP system during the transition. Ensure that the old system's information is cleaned up and that only current information is transferred to the new SAP system. The role also includes being responsible for reconciliations after implementation so that all data has been transferred correctly. Training of personnel in the SAP system is also part of the assignment and also support after you have gone live.The role also involves process improvements and the creation and implementation of internal controls. This means creating a matrix of all the control points that the company believes needs to be created to ensure that it has good control and documentation. For most of the controls, a description and templates have also been created for how this should be done and documented. Implementation and education with in the organisation in the timeline for enter the new SAP system.

Responsible for leading and distributing the work within accounting for "Cluster 1", which means the countries Sweden, France, Italy, USA and Canada. The role involves personnel responsibility for 2 employees in the Swedish company and contact with our contact persons at BDO in the other countries who manage the accounting. Ensure that the company reports in accordance with current regulations and that this is documented in an appropriate manner and that the company's reporting schedule is followed. Responsible for consolidation according to IFRS by Axis Group (approx. 50 companies) and reporting to the owner Canon according to USGAAP. The consolidation system used is Aaro. As the company is owned by Canon, we work with SOX / Internal controls. The role has also involved some change work around the actual routine of how to analyze the companies and how to gather information from the subsidiaries to have a more efficient closing process for consolidation and reporting.

Daily current tasks within both customer and supplier ledger in collaboration with the German SSC accounting. VAT, intrastate, various internal reports. Monthly and annual financial statements including consolidation for the annual report of branches in Denmark and Finland to the Swedish company. Various ad-hoc tasks such as export to Norway, application for a tax refund for the Danish company's results. Improve processes eg handling of supplier invoices, product samples, redistribution of tasks within the Finance team.

I was a part in an implementation project of SAP S/4 for the accounting group during the new accounting manager was onboarding.

I was asked to look into the processes and find if there was anything that could be improved and also be an extra hand to the CFO in his new role. In this role I worked in Navision and Excel.

MilDef is a medium size company that is in a growing phase with six companies in four countries (SE, NO, UK, USA). I have got the trust to lead the accounting team of three persons. My main task was to make sure we deliver accurate information for all countries in our financial accounting and in time according to given deadlines. I work together with the group to find better ways of working to get as smooth processes as possible and that we have focus on the task that is relevant and important. Except for this I also do a lot of hands on such as VAT, reconcile month close, consolidate the group of six companies according to IFRS standard, contact with the auditors, liquidity forecast and planning, intercompany loan, month/quarter reports, annual reports both in K3 and IFRS standards included in the budget process an all other topic that will appear with in my responsibility. I work daily with Excel and Navision.

Participated in consolidation and summary of monthly accounts with a total of 15 reporting companies from different countries in the world. Ensure that accounting policies are followed and that subsidiaries report their financial statements according to deadlines. I was also involved in the preparation of reports to management and the board, forecast / budget, cash flow analyzes etc. Provide support and a helping hand to subsidiaries in various issues. I lead the Account Payable team consisting of four employees on 50% and the other 50% I was working with Financial Controlling. We are a small Shared Service Center that provides service to our customers in terms of managing their supplier invoices both Swedish and international. I supported and develop the group in their day to day business and problems. My responsibility also include monitoring of age analyzes current accounts payable and continuous process development to improve and streamline the daily work. I am also responsible for the management and monitoring of all legal documentation for our parent company and its nine subsidiaries, such as audits, producing the annual report with appendices, tax returns, transfer pricing, updates to the Companies Registration Office. In my role as Financial controller I did the consolidation of 15 companies and the analysis and reports to the management team. My responsibilities also include updating and quality assurance of relevant policies and associated documentation. Furthermore, I assist the Financial Manager with regular economic analyzes, such as personnel-related expenses, cash flow forecast / analysis, forecast and other ad-hoc analyzes.I work mainly in M3 and Excel.

I was given the confidence to lead the finance department meanwhile they were looking for a new Financial Director. In addition to managing and distributing the daily work at the department (15 Employees) I also supported the management team with ad hoc analyzes and presenting the monthly financial statements to the group. After the new Financial Director was on board I did the hand over and introduced here to the work and company.

I was responsible for the finance function (Company Control) and its employees who consisted of 4 direct reports. My responsibilities included managing and distributing the daily work in the finance function and to give support to the Business Control function, but also to other units within Ericsson - both national and international. Furthermore, I was accountable for the completion of legal financial accounting and reporting regarding our Swedish parent company and the preparation of the annual accounts, tax calculation and declaration and continuous contact with external auditors and maintaining a proper internal control of SOX.I was also in charge of the company's SAP (financial) implementation and further integration of Ericsson regarding the financial processes. SAP implementation resulted in the relocation of the finance function to a central Shared Service Center in Stockholm. I coordinated the handover with the objective to ensure a functioning work process with unchanged quality in the financial books.I worked mainly in SAP and Excel.

In a turbulent time for ST-Ericsson they gave me the opportunity to take over from former finance manager. ST-Ericsson was now faced with a period of major changes which would again integrate the company into the Ericsson Group. My work during this time meant, among other things to adapt the company's accounts to Ericsson Standard, from USGAAP to IFRS and to end all businesses between the various companies. I also worked actively to guide and support the finance team containing 4 direct reports employed through this process of changes. Other responsibilities were in accordance with the role of Chief Accountant, such as planning and coordination of the financial statements and its procedures in accordance with SOX and other internal policies, economic analysis, and reporting to the parent company in Switzerland. I worked mainly in SAP and Excel.

My role was basically to solve various financial tasks such as project manager, implementation of new orders, the fusion of sister companies, problem solving related to various accounting issues in combination with coordinating and ensuring the functioning of the closing process and the delivery of financial statements according to schedule. I was also responsible for the financial statements and tax returns and regular accounting related tasks such as account reconciliations, SOX controls, accruals etc. Moreover, I was deputy to the chief financial officer during her absence, which meant to lead and coordinate the staff in the finance department. My work at Pilkington consisted of reconciliations, customer bonus calculations, analyzes, monitoring, accruals, depreciation, monthly and annual accounts and budgeting.
