• Provide support to management in financial and accounting management of resources.• Prepare and submit financial reports.• Prepare financial statements in accordance with current accounting regulations.• Verify the proper management of accounting and its supports in accordance with the legally established requirements.

• Portfolio collector and management of pre-legal processes.

• Report portfolio reports frequently and in a timely manner to management and support collection activities.• Assist management in consultation activities and application of public or private bidding processes.• Assist management and the chief accountant in attending to the different requests for information made by government surveillance and control entities, as well as suppliers, clients, financial institutions, among others.• Support in the control activities of fixed assets, inventories of raw materials, supplies and products for sale according to the guidelines given by the direct managers.• Support the chief accountant in generating financial reports and preparing tax returns.• Handling of payroll news in the web portals of the operators of social security and parafiscal contributions, and in the accounting system of the company.

• Register the expenses generated and income.• Keep the record and control of the monthly and bimonthly reports of Expenditures and Income.

Representing children and adolescents in legal proceedings; act in the preparation and support of those matters in accordance with the Code of Childhood and Adolescence.Register information in the ICBF Mission Information System (SIM)
