I ran and operated a successful handmade clothing business that specialized in children's and women's clothing. I oversaw one full time seamstress, completed some production myself, operated social media accounts, branding (including one full rebrand), compliance regulations and customer service for the business.

I managed the teller line staff in one branch and assisted in a secondary branch when needed. I motivated, engaged, trained and monitored daily activities in the branch. I created incentive games and processes to encourage job growth, market growth and employee engagement. Outside of the immediate team, I also began developing plans for customer appreciation and recognition with goals to further the market of the smaller community bank in our local area.

Starting for Wells Fargo as a Lead Teller, I helped shape the teller line to encourage goal setting, increase engagement and create a positive working environment. As a Personal Banker, I assisted customers with their financial past, present and finding ways to mold a positive future as Wells Fargo customers.

As manage on the floor during my shifts, I trained associates in sales, customer service and product knowledge for our stores. Our team was very dedicated to creating a positive, creative environment for our customer base. I also trained successfully trained on our Pier One internal credit card in order to achieve our store goals at the time.
