I am a lead high-level contact/consultant for strategically important clients in North America. I am responsible for managing the operational aspects of the PayPal Developer and digital goods relationships. During the integration phase, I work in tandem with our Customers, Merchants, Developers and Integration Teams as a subject matter expert (SME) on PayPal operational processes, procedures and policies. Post–sale, I serve as the lead point of contact for all operational aspects of the merchant processing relationship during the contract life, ensuring a smooth transition from activation through the activity phase. The position is the focal point for information and communication with the client on critical operational issues and works closely with the customer’s assigned Relationship Manager (if Applicable) to provide an outstanding merchant experience with PayPal. I facilitate key elements of the Merchant Services'' infrastructure, including development of critical employee and customer documentation, procedures, processes and training materials. I collaborate with other team members and colleagues outside the unit to provide training and education on an as-needed basis. This role engages Partner Integrations, Large Merchant Integrations, Relationship Management, and Digital Goods Strategy Teams, Financial Innovation teams, Business Development, Product Management, Platform Development teams and PayPal Operations Departments.

I enable the merchant services business utility by optimizing revenue and losses. This is a third party billing platform. I perform risk management analysis, assuring regulatory adherence, assisting with merchant monitoring and enforcement operation, and balancing the overall business impact of MRM operations. I conduct full assessment of merchant account risk; including PayPal Acceptable Use, Federal and State Regulatory Compliance, Credit Card Compliance, Legal, Fraud and Credit Risks. I collaborate with the cross-functional Risk Management organization and Merchant Services BU as appropriate. I perform continuous evaluation of information availability, information integrity, developing technologies, and customer trends to ensure optimal risk mitigation practices. I successfully enable the merchant services business by optimizing revenue and losses. Set appropriate reserves and limitations appropriate to risk on each account. Educating merchants on step by step process and what documentation was needed to ensure success of their business using PayPal and other resources.I am responsible for the management of merchant portfolios, credit information, and knowledge of consumer and business products offered by e-Bay and affiliates. I build strong relationships with other teams throughout the organization and company to leverage best practices, ensure excellent information flow and feedback on impacts of process, policy and product changes. I communicate indirectly with a wide range of PayPal teams globally, merchants and vendors during credit exposure review process.
