My name is Veronica Baraldi, I am an architect and Professional Organizer for architecture, Senior Associate APOI since 2022.I consider myself a traveller, of places and experiences: starting from Rome where I was born, through Venice where I studied, passing through Paris and Holland, today I'm in Lisbon. I have worked as an architect and project leader internationally for more than 20 years, and in all the studios where I worked, I was known as the one who made things work.My organizational skills have led me to work on complex and ambitious projects, with creative and energetic teams, enriching my experience and training my strategic vision at various levels. Today I put my expertise at the service of architects and architectural firms, to design and build together a new way of working in architecture: efficient, effective, sustainable and profitable.My experience allows me to have a unique perspective on the potential of the practices I work with. I don't offer ready-made solutions, and I plan strategies and dynamics together with my clients, becoming part of the team with curiosity and attention, because as an architect I deeply understand their reality and their problems.In 2022 I created the the Instagram profile architetta smart, where I talk about the organization and management of the architecture studio. Through this profile I want to undermine the useless commonplace of creatives who by definition cannot be organized, and above all to give visibility to other ways of working in architecture.
