Experienced Administrative Assistant at a non-profit working on programs. For the Seal of Recommendation program my work included processing applications, following-up with clients, approval letters, and updating the Seal section of the website. I also recruited physicians volunteers for the Destination: Healthy Skin Program and maintained the program calendar on Google, updated Facebook postings of the events and compiling monthly event reports to the sponsors. I was administrator of the Research Grant program which including logging in the grant submissions in Basecamp, using Doodle to set up the annual phone conference of the committee, creating the letters of award, contacting the institutions to coordinate the grant payments and following up with the award winners on their required reports. I also kept detailed financial reports of my departments fundraising efforts, including invoicing and follow-up on payments for the Corporate Council and in the Foundation's annual fundraiser. I also have experience with phones, expense reports and travel.
