Experienced Administrative Assistant at a non-profit working on programs. For the Seal of Recommendation program my work included processing applications, following-up with clients, approval letters, and updating the Seal section of the website. I also recruited physicians volunteers for the Destination: Healthy Skin Program and maintained the program calendar on Google, updated Facebook postings of the events and compiling monthly event reports to the sponsors. I also kept detailed financial reports of my departments fundraising efforts, including invoicing and follow-up on payments for the Corporate Council and in the Foundation's annual fundraiser.
