I have become some-what of a do it all at Trappers. I'm learning different roles, and areas of the company and all be it stressing to be moving around all the time, its beneficial in the capacity that I'm learning. With the ever changing needs of Trappers, I too change positions. i am currently the Customer Service Representative for a vast number of Major customers, appoint scheduler, order entry, customer reporting, cross border paperwork and other duties as assigned.

I temporarily filled the position of Recruiting and Retention while Angela was away, I assisted Angela on her return as well as assist Ken Crawford our Human Resources Director.l was responsible for aiding and obtaining qualified candidates to facilitate our Canadian and Us divisions as well as our New Container Division. I processed applications, conducted interviews, responded to reference checks, advertising, hosted driver orientation. I prepared driver manuals, policies and procedures and day to day office duties.

I moved from there to planning and dispatching the Regina Lane on my own.I was trained on City dispatch as well and eventually the Regina lane ceased and I became a city dispatcher. In doing city dispatch I ventured into Canadian dispatch and then US dispatch. I eventually was dispatching/planning WPG/CGY city LCV's, Us and Candian dispatching ect on weekends. When the LCV's came to a close I was asked to fill in for Angela Dowd while she was away for a few months.
