The main activities that I managed since I first start working in banking affairs was incident and problem solving.I have enriched my knowledge asset as project leader of different activities.I held positions that gave me specializations and training mainly relating to the banking and, in particular, to the card markets, international and domestic schemes.Working in this context, I developed great capacity to adapt to multicultural environments, a strong team spirit, good communication and sense of organization.My work led me to travel throught Italy and Europe and I'm always well disposed to travel.Finally I learned to manage quality control processes. I was responsible for quality in my departement and I work as responsible for compliance control process of the domestic Italian debit scheme.I'm also in charge of the anti-fraud unit of the Italian domestic debit scheme and I daily gained experience in managing security, detection and prevention also collaborating personally with several law enforcement agencies.
