About Veronica Bray

As a retirement plan industry thought leader, I bring over 2 decades of experience and expertise to organizations, service providers & professionals. In addition to providing my experience, opinion & being deposed as an expert witness to retirement plan related litigation cases, I work with HR Managers, Controllers, CFOs, Business Owners & other retirement plan fiduciaries who face the challenge of finding the best retirement plan service provider for their institution. I have experience working with $2M retirement plans & multi-billion $ retirement plans. Some clients do not know the difference between an advisor, Recordkeeper, TPA, etc., nor do they know the questions they should be asking when interviewing a service provider. The plan is a small piece of their day to day responsibilities, this is why most institutions keep the same, unskilled advisor or service provider on their plan year after year, or don’t have an advisor at all. The DOL requires companies to perform a review of ALL service providers' fees in “regular intervals." In the industry, we define this as every 3 years. Institutions need a skilled, retirement plan focused, service provider for fiduciary guidance, fee transparency & peace of mind. Being in the industry for almost 2 decades & having had the privilege of working for organizations who are the best in this business allows me to bring knowledge & expertise of 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), DB, & PS plans to you, since you do not have the experience or expertise to perform this process on your own. RPAS helps institutions find their retirement plan advisor partner and/or service providers with an independent, unbiased approach, leaving them with prudent documentation of the process they underwent in choosing their retirement plan service providers.
