• Full cycle recruiting for a variety of Supply Chain roles in the areas of Finished Goods Planning, Demand Planning, MRP, S&OP, Customer Service, Logistics, Business Intelligence, Continuous Improvement, Training, and other roles as needed • Identify candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Seekout, Phenom, Job Fairs, and Universities• Partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the job and discuss future hiring needs for the team• Present market data to business leaders to help them understand the current job market • Negotiate and prepare job offers• Inform new hiring managers on hiring policies, procedures, and basic guidelines for interviewing/selection• Liaison with agencies for temporary staff.• Organize job fairs as necessary for high volume roles like Customer Service and Logistic Operations
