I answer questions about the building and its services, whether this be in person or on the phone, and ensure that all guests are assisted with the information they are looking for and directions if needed. I also assist guests with sales such as checking out equipment and purchasing memberships.

I answer students' questions about the office and their advisors, whether this be in person or on the phone, work collaboratively with the advisors and other administrators to help keep the office running, and ensure that all students are assisted with the information they are looking for and directions if needed. I also use the computer quite frequently in order to send messages via Slack, use Zoom to get students into appointments with advisors, and use our own system to check students in to appointments.

As an after school counselor at Orchard Elementary school, I interacted with students, staff, and parents to create a positive and welcoming environment, supervised students to maintain a safe setting, planned and monitored daily activities for students, and was a role model to young children.

- Collected and entered medical data and survey information into Google sheets- Interacted with participants by conducting interviews, administering questionnaires, and taking blood pressure readings- Advertised studies to potential participants via flyers, Facebook, and other websites- Prepared materials prior to studies by setting up surveys and arranging for medical tests and cleaned up afterwards

This being an overnight camp, I was working with children 24/7. I slept in the cabin with my campers, meaning if they were homesick or sad or just otherwise wanted to talk at any point, I was to be there for them. I brought them to meals and activities, taught them good habits such as cleaning their areas and brushing their teeth, and otherwise hung out and played with them. I was in a cabin with younger girls, aged 7-9, however, during daily activities I was running hockey lessons and scrimmages with children of all ages, ranging from 7 to 15 years old. I prepared lessons for them and worked on engaging them and teaching them new skills. Overall, I was a role model for hundreds of campers from all over the world and gave them the support and encouragement that they needed to have a great camp experience.

- Provided guests with knowledge about the brands we carried, any sales that were going on, or any other questions they might have- Set, filled, and priced the sales floor according to how sales were going- Greeted and interacted with upwards of a hundred guests on a daily basis and created a welcoming shopping environment for them- Worked with co-workers to decide which strategy would be best to complete the numerous tasks we were regularly given- Worked the register up front to check out guests with efficiency to give them the best experience
