Project: Arden Gardens Shopping Centre($55M)Key Responsibilities:-Commercial Asset Management /Shopping Centre Management-Landlord representative -Event Planning(marketing budget review and monitoring for shopping centre) -Key point of the contact for Internal/ External Stakeholders -Key point of contact for external consultants-Leases negotiation, approve lease deals, tenancy fit-out plans and leads the mediation process when necessary. -Review and approve annual outgoing centre budget. Assist in preparing Owners Corporation budget. (oc1)-RFPs/RFIs for subcontractors services contracts for the shopping centre base built and services.

2021-2022Project: Trio Box Hill (value $500M)Supporting the delivery of highly complex, large scale project (400+residential apartments, 120+ office, retail spaces and hotel. With childcare, kids play centre & ILU)Key responsibilities:-Working closely with PM and DMContract Administration-PCR reporting and communicate with builder to make sure the accuracy of the delivery-Review and monitor construction drawings to make sure the construction process capture changes -Residential/commercial fitout specification design& liaison with head contractors and lawyers-Assisting RFP process for Owners Corporation and car parking management-Preparation of PoS and TP modification and lodgement, follow project managers' instructions.-OC rules preparation -Budget& Reporting -Regular and ongoing PCG reporting (presale& marketing), with PM instructions-Weekly meeting minutes recording and distribution -Key contact for legal consultants2016-2020Project: Arden Gardens ( Value $230M)2 towers with 3 podium levels consisting of 292 Apartments and retailers shops included Woolworths-Ensure effective communication is maintain within all stakeholders.-Responsible for defect ratification process and settlement. -Commercial fit-out coordinator (landlord work) with superintendents-Point of contact for all consultancies and stakeholders -Defect checking, monitoring defect reification process, liaise with builders and superintendents.-Assist in progress claims and construction budget preparation-Chanel sales management 2016-2018Project: Panorama Box Hill，value $230M390+apartments with offices. -Assistant in procurement and project planning. -Client representative, reporting directly to project manager and shareholders -Channel agent management -Register and review purchaser changes requested in contractual agreement-Assist lawyers draft and review off plan apt contracts-Account payable/ progress claims
