• Interact with all levels of management and document existing processes, manage and analyze data, and recommend enhanced business processes. • Provide expertise based on previous experience with training and technical assistance, business process analysis, change management, and other performance improvement.• Provide guidance and advice to senior leaders on the most effective and efficient use of resources to ensure positive and measurable outcomes. Guide and direct applicable department(s)' teams in defining and architecting business processes and configurations. • Design and integrate business process solutions across all applicable departments in support of continuous improvement that will result in streamlined processes, increased efficiency, and improved quality.• Lead the gap resolution process; prepare information in support of manual resolution, process change and/or system adoption; present to appropriate leadership.• Coach and mentor others on BPR tools and methodology, to complete process improvement initiatives.
