Experienced leader with a passion for motivating and inspiring others. I have utilized my strong interpersonal and communication skills to recruit and train individuals in a variety of settings. From the foster care system to a private preschool setting - I have a passion for training and impacting others through creating excitement and "buy in". I turn thoughts into words and words into action. I constantly work to identify issues, develop a plan, and work towards the goal. Most recently as the Director of Primrose School at Falling Waters, I was able to create and implement new systems and operating procedures for every aspect of a small business from it's inception. In doing this, I was able to achieve 96% enrollment capacity and develop all employee hiring and onboarding processes. I've dedicated the past several years to creating a positive and inviting work culture through employee initiatives and appreciation events. I have had the opportunity to work in multiple settings including a small-business franchise, non-profits, healthcare and education. These opportunities have allowed me to gain experience in working with people at all levels. From interacting with people at their most vulnerable moments while involved in the Child Welfare System or in a child's dire health crisis, to recruiting children and families for high-quality early childhood education. In every role I have held, I have found myself naturally drawn into a role of onboarding and training the most important resource - people. My unwavering goal is to have a positive impact on those I work with, no matter the outcome. Truly listening to others is of the upmost importance in any relationship. I strive to hear what is needed in any situation and work towards solutions and efficient processes. I believe all people hold innate strengths and feel my purpose is to build on those strengths. I am looking to grow my own strengths in a position where I may continue to impact others and ultimately create positive outcomes for the organization.
