Operating in a fully integrated agile project helped me to expand my soft skills by joining different kinds of activities, such as demos, brainstormings with my team, refinements. So, as a result of my work, I am now more precise, developed the ability to pay attention to minute details, to work individually and also in a team as and when required, and also to work well even under pressure to meet deadlines; I developed my analytical skills, decision-making abilities and I am able now to have a better business approach for the software or the system.
