• Distributed production information to talent and crew including call sheet, scripts, script revisions, and schedule schedules.
• Completed Daily Production Reports for the producers and account team that tracked all the production details to date during the shoot schedule.
• Updated and maintained cast, crew and vendor contact lists.

• Coordinated postproduction for an episodic children’s series through varying stages of feedback and delivery. Compiled and distributed feedback and deliverables between different internal departments and packaged notes.
• Assisted in the development of two children’s apps with an external development company; The Prime Radicals Pentominoes and The Prime Radicals: Snowflakes. Provided materials and information and set up voice over.
• Completed Federal and Provincial funding applications and documentation for projects in development, production and postproduction. Completed and submitted festival applications and awards submissions before closing.
• Coordinated production and postproduction for the final phase of the documentary Muneeza In The Middle, including on camera interviews, crew, travel, expenses and production support where required.
• Administrative duties as assigned, including preparing quotes and invoices for clients, reconciling cash and expense reports, filing, maintaining supplies.
