Manager, Product Onboarding
Current Team Manager: Manage a team of 4-8 direct reports. Serve as a coach and mentor, developing skills of individual contributors, in order to achieve their career goals. Conduct formal performance reviews. Support and advise team members on day-to-day operations, including driving successful customer outcomes; Drive team excellence through goal-setting, performance management, and process improvement. Assign project staffing and serve as secondary manager for quality assurance during client onboardings. Team Building: Interview, hire, and train new team members. Develop and enhance training program materials to align with new company services and initiatives, and allow for scaling the business. Promote team unity and camaraderie. Strategy & Process Improvement: Identify trends and opportunities for efficiency, adoption, and new business. Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, and Success) to streamline and improve internal processes and enhance product and service offerings.
