The basic duties at my current possition include preparing memos and other correspondence, creating client files, scheduling attorney and client meetings, composing, preparing, and processing legal, general and confidential correspondence, including e-mail and faxes, coordinating meetings, programs, or events by securing location and making other appropriate arrangements, preparing and issuing information and agendas, conducting legal research and preparing reports, surveys, and other complex documents.

My basic responsibilities include maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, coordinating inventory orders and office supplies, and planning, organizing and controlling the entire office administration. Furthermore, part of her daily obligations incorporate managing facilities within all departments, calculating and organizing the office space efficiently, organizing office parties, trips and in-house activities, and organizing induction and training sessions for the new employees. In her working process she prepared daily, weekly and monthly reports, performed basic accounting functions, and was accountable for the preparation of various brochures.

Internship in PRoPR agency with primary assignments for writing media releases and preparations of press clippings, gaining basic knowledge on communications.
