As a Care Home Manager, I am excited to fulfil the role of Commissioning Manager at Meallmore's latest care home nestled in the heart of Glasgow, Kelvinside Manor. Designed to offer an enriching lifestyle with an array of amenities tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.As a Nursing manager I take pride in my responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents, as well leading and developing our staff team. I have over eight years of experience in managing and delivering effective, person-centred care within the care home sector, with a focus on regulatory compliance, service quality, and clinical excellence.I am passionate about Social Care and improving the lives of older adults. I am currently completing my MSc in Advancing Care Home Practice at Queen Margaret University, where I am gaining valuable knowledge and skills in research, evidence-based practice, and innovation. I am also committed to fostering a culture of compassion, courage, and collaboration within the care home, where we strive to provide the best possible care for our residents and their families.
