Recruiting Specialist
CurrentResponsible for identifying and matching the best candidates who are qualified for open positions within our clients organization by sourcing potential candidates through various platforms. After initial screening and reviewing resumes, phone interview, and in person interview and vetting, if deemed viable for the position, we schedule interviews with hiring managers and other decision-makers. I communicate with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process. I'm also responsible for maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities, confidentiality, federal documentations, Everify, screenings, and staying updated about industry trends and best practices and representing our company positively to attract top talent, retain employees, deescalating any challenges, coaching employees, and educating candidates and clients on current the market.
