Assist the BI team in pulling data and creating visualizations to aide in ticket pricing and other ad hoc needs as well as focus on a self-led project analyzing arena concert data to develop a new tiering and presale ticketing system for future events.

Assist in collecting in-game statistics for Women's Volleyball, Men's and Women's Soccer, Men's and Women's Basketball, and Men's Ice Hockey

In this role, I work with a large data set to determine the effectiveness of the ranking system as well as perform other analyses of interest. Over the course of the summer, I will look at the the importance of a max goal differential, actual outcome of games in different expected outcome ranges, and many more projects tailored to the needs of the company. Through this opportunity, I have taken the time to learn SQL and Tableau as well as expand my knowledge of RStudio and it’s capabilities.

As a Team Coach, I supervised a group of 20 girls (9-12 years old) in the dorms as well as on the ice at Miami Hockey School. On the ice, I participated in and helped coordinate drills and scrimmages. Through the session, I facilitated many activities that encouraged and developed team building, communication, and hockey skills. I plan to fill this role again during future summers.
