Responsible for the consolidation and reporting of all Product Operations budgets, including forecasting and planning, ROI analysis, balance sheet inputs, and providing financial analysis for business improvement initiatives.Work closely with Supply Chain VP’s, Chief of Staff's, and Directors of Product OPs to provide key metrics to better understand cost drivers and cost control. Responsible for NMS forecasting, driving NMS reduction; department budgets, including approving spend, planning, forecasting and productivity improvement; and gross margin analysis, including monthly interlock with BE finance and Product Ops team, providing deep dive margin analysis, and driving margin improvement. Prepare and present monthly and quarterly gross margin and NMS results to Supply Chain and Finance senior executives. Work cross functionally with business units, cost, acquisitions, legal and warranty teams to provide visibility to business operations.
