Responsible for assisting the Property Manager with all aspects of a 504 multi-family tax credit unit property. Duties include collections, marketing, managing third party payments, and sending out violation/evictions. Continuously reviewing and managing team performance. Providing a high standard of customer service at all times and held accountable for resident retention.

Assistant to Property Management and Marketing team. Administrative duties include leasing, marketing, customer service and all other functions relevant to Conifer properties. Weekly review and analysis of leasing status at 200+ properties by reviewing detailed reports. Working closely with properties by reviewing traffic and advertising statistics to assist with a marketing plan to overcome shortfall. Assist at site level with all aspects of leasing such as conducting detailed property tours, closing, file processing, data entry, move in process, etc. to support overall leasing effort. Assist the marketing team in coordination of event planning, ground breaking, ribbon cutting, open house, annual conference, and property promotional events. Advertising coordination with online media outlets, newspapers, etc. for contract rates, placement, follow-up and invoice processing.

Supported Conifer's Administrative team in organizing their annual Corporate Leadership Conference. Responsible for supporting two of Conifer's newest market rate properties in the Rochester area.Duties included all aspects of the management roll, marketing through social media and provided detailed tours to all prospects. Relocated to Dryden, NY area to lease up a newly constructed multifamily property. Rented all 72 tax credit units within required time frame, while managing property.
