Duties;- • Promoting and marketing the business, sometimes to new markets. • Managing budgets and maintaining statistical/financial records.• Selling travel products and tailored tour packages.• Sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands for tailored travel and sustainable tourism.• Taking part in familiarization visits to new destinations to gather information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers.• Liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often one year in advance.• Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations.• Overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business having three staff members reporting to me.

Duties: • Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone answering or referring inquiries.• Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.• Maintaining a safe and clean reception and by complying procedures, rules and regulations.• Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.• Assisting in secretarial office duties and any other relevant duties as may be assigned to me by project co-coordinator. • Assisted the travel department times to times in coordinating airport transfers, booking air tickets for patients who got referrals, and ensuring accommodation is satisfactory to the country they are going.
