Coordinate work to be performed by 2-3 construction inspectors. Plan work for paving contractors, inspectors, monitoring, testing and reporting. Process and prepare packages for inspectors and contractors. Collect and review inspection results for payment. Update information in WASD applications and assist with administrative needs. Compile and review reports and documents from inspectors. Assist in processing results and prepare packages for payment. Monitor and track the progress of contractor’s work and assure all specifications, standards, plans, permitting, as well as all storm water pollution prevention measures associated with the project are conducted by Contractor.

Manages inventory, purchases and storage for all items required to maintain menu options, work with vendors to create and pay invoices. Serves as point of contact for issues, concerns and requests from customer. Support other team members with daily responsibilities. Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions. Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports. Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
