CurrentCorporate Insurance and Risk ManagementMaintain required insurance coverage, surety bonds, and other corporate insurance. Ensuring each company is compliant with state and federal laws. Develop plans and strategies to achieve lower operational risk. Conduct research and prepare correspondence for review and approval of insurance language and indemnification provisions in contracts, leases, and agreements.Conduct risk evaluations of various contracts ensuring appropriate contract language and compliance to warranty, industry, and insurance requirements. Negotiate insurance terms and make recommendations. Process bond requests, bond renewals, bond riders’, their invoices and all other periodic documents.Develop, prepare, and analyze financial documents and reports, insurance, claim and loss reports for senior management, brokers and state and federal agencies.Analyze Certificates of Insurance for compliance with contract requirements for third-party vendors,and develop, maintain, track and report information in the insurance certificate database on renewal, deficient and expired certificates.Conduct ad-hoc risk studies, quantitative analysis and develop reports summarizing analytical results.Prepare recommendations and communication to company personnel, agents, brokers, attorneys, and contractors.Redlining contracts, suggesting edits, making determinations on the requirements to mitigating financial risk and potential liability.Process workers’ compensation self-insurance reporting for multiple states.Process financial reports using Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP).
