Client-Facing Position - Direct and manage multiple, concurrent and multi-dimensional projects to achieve customer milestones for global enterprises such as Sanmina, Oracle, Benchmark Electronics, Flextronics and others in the computer enclosure industry, from conception to end of life. Drive company value, core products and services to assigned accounts. Provide strategic direction during all project stages. Manage project scopes, timelines, budget, and expectations in collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistical and Senior Management teams. Involved with RFQ process with corporate teams to establish the best profits and/or price for customer. Establish risk assessment initiatives and contingency plans for customer crisis management. Satisfy quarterly corporate budgeting and sales forecast along with the development of product pricing and all reporting involved. Utilize all resources to reduce costs and leverage strengths to secure new business.

Directly responsible for complex systems of inventories, delivery times, and costs to achieve customer supply demand. Addressed quality issues, returns, and re-work along with personnel and contingency plans to support these activities. Actively managed all purchasing/procurement functions. Arrange raw materials and/or moving of equipment to manufacturing sites. Pipeline Forecast Management with direct oversight of materials procurement for manufacturing and shipment of final product. Ability to manage WIP and finished goods inventory to minimize material liability for all parties. Assess and respond to customer demand while maintaining customer satisfaction in compressed time frames. Operational duties that achieved a 30% reduction of Air Freight costs through predictive analytics. Strong collaborative engagement between end-consumer, vendors and manufacturing plants. First window negotiator with various large transportation companies, successfully reducing service costs. Complete knowledge of import/export laws, regulations, and tariff classifications. Applied (JIT) philosophies when coordinating inbound logistic shipments and/or order fulfillment processes. Responsible for achieving efficiency across all logistics operations while driving related costs down.

Analyze warehouse and network operations to day-to-day for completion of all work activity. Develop recommendations and initiatives to improve distribution performance. Maintain databases and monthly metrics reports. Benchmark productivity data, error rates and root causes. Responsible for all logistical duties related to Traffic and Transportation coordination activities.

Assess situations, communicate issues promptly, and offer thoughtful solutions to global customer base. Coordinate with individuals in other areas of the company as needed to resolve problems, remaining responsible until resolution.
