Sales Operations Training & Project Specialist (Ad&I)
Develops, optimizes, trains, anticipates promotes, prioritizes, maintains, demonstrates, measures, and pursues the strategic initiatives of the overall Aerospace, Defense & Industrial's (AD&I) Sales Group, so that the Sales Group can improve interactions with end customers.Facilitates the customer experience (CX) pillars of success and sales targets by optimizing processes, systems, tools, communication, learning, and transformation. Special Projects include: • Customer Experience Group Transformation as a CX Leadership Team Member: Key aspects include creating the Skills Matrix, Knowledge Matrix, Escalation Planning, Job Descriptions, Standard Documentation, and all associated training programs associated with the changes from a decentralized customer service structure to a new centralized global team. • Aerospace, Defense & Industrial (AD&I) Global Sales Conference 2023 in Newport Beach, California (Core Planning Team): Manage vendors and offsite team-building activities including but not limited to a sunset yacht dinner and casino off of Newport Beach; and the private rental of the Lyon Air Museum off of the John Wayne Airport for dinner and awards for ~115 people. • Participant of a cross divisional week long Kaizen event for all Talent Development leadership team members at Carlisle Construction Materials Training Facility in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Organizational Leadership: • CX Leadership team member for the Customer Experience Transformation • Communication Partner (Board Member) for the Veterans & Allies ERG • Core Planning Team Member for the CIT St Augustine Social Committee • Planning Team Member for the Women of Carlisle ERG(Formally Carlisle Interconnect Technologies, acquired by Amphenol in 2024)
