The booklet was meant to be used as a pocket-sized reference guide about the specifics of how Jacksonville operates, such as the terminal and the rails; along with terminology; when to call corporate safety (for personal and on-the-job related injuries and accidents), and the procedures required. • Maintained accurate payroll, annual reviews, and up-to-date records of local, state, and federal safety requirements and regulations. • Researched, planned, and assisted in the organization and implementation of employee appreciation milestones, events, and activities for the drivers and their families to enjoy.
