CurrentServes as Staff Lead in areas to include mentoring, investigation support regarding abuse or exploited children and review of case plans to ensure compliance with appropriate state and federal laws. Functions as key resource in CARF Accreditation and annual reviews. Ensures that organization’s activities are in adherence to the accreditation process. Has budgetary responsibility of over 1 million dollars.Provides on-boarding of new consumers (youth) to include in-take process and orientation. Performs Case Management and coordinates consumer care within and throughout continuums of care. Provides assessments, including clinical and psychosocial functions of linking and arranging for services and referrals. Collaborates with other agencies and serves as link between our organization, parents, guardians, local agencies, and the community.Develops and oversees Person Center Plans (PCP) & Individual Support Plans (ISP) (for children, adults, and adolescence) as they are placed in Level III group home, PRTF or Therapeutic Foster Care based on assessments, interviews, and observations. Ensures ethical and legal issues related to consumers are addressed and that the care is provided appropriately. Collaborates with other clinical/professional staff in maintaining communication, providing feedback, standardizing procedures, while providing oversight of department.Handle investigations in response to IRIS reporting. Resolves informal complaints and grievances. Provides guidance to supervisors regarding job performance and corrective actions.
