My experience working in a variety of context with a diverse range of populations has provided me with the opportunity to develop skills in:• Assessment, formulation, treatment planning and psychotherapy for diverse range of clinical presentations • Treatment approaches include Cognitive- Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy • Facilitation of psychoeducational groups • Psychological assessment and psychological report writing.• Experience working with unique populations, such as, current serving members, ex-current serving members and families in the Australian Defence Force and individuals detained in Brisbane correctional centres. Working collaboratively with individuals to heal from trauma, and the effects of trauma personal and interpersonal dimensions, at all stages of development is a field that greatly interests me. Being able to work collaboratively and respectfully with others, provide a warm, engaging and safe environment for my clients, and effectively manage my administrative and clinical tasks are some of my strengths. Furthermore, the ability to be self-managed and motivated, the ability to take on feedback and apply it, the ability to engage in reflective practice, and a continuous thirst for knowledge have helped positively support my professional development.
