Throughout the 25 years of my working life, I have always like to face challenges, sometimes pushing myself out of “comfort zone”, in order to continuously learn and grow. Luckily, I had many chances to measure myself against results and improve my skills in problem solving, yet despite any pressure or difficulty. I always rely on positive thinking, communication and multi-tasking abilities to overcome any obstacle.I strongly believe in Human Resources being the greatest asset of a company, therefore a lot of my working time is spent to nurture and grow talents, while aligning to company goals and expectations, efficiently and effectively. My hands-on experience and my exposure in different fields, have allowed me to gain a wider range of abilities which are very helpful when training and coaching staff, or ensuring that human resources are utilized at their best.Teamwork and steady commitment are my major working motto, reflecting my personalities and my beliefs. I am confident that I can add value to an organization, not only professionally but also from a human perspective.
