I’m truly blessed to live both my personal and my professional life practicing and teaching my life passions… YOGA AND ART! My love for art has been ever-present throughout my life… instigating a 20 year career as a Graphic Designer. My journey practicing Yoga began 41 years ago (I was fortunate enough to be blessed with an inspiring yogini sister/yoga teacher). I have now been teaching Yoga for over 15 transformative years.Through teaching and divine influence I combined my two passions and began creating my own “YOGA ART” of which I produce and sell prints and Limited Editions.My intention as a Yoga Instructor is to always live and teach from my heart and inspire and guide students to discover their true authentic Self… to provide the information and tools to spark a journey into self-discovery. My intention as an Artist is to create authentic works (again, from my heart) that reflect who I am… and hopefully on some level, inspire and arouse something positive in others. Each effect and influence the other.The deeper I dive into my yoga practice the more open, true and creative I become… able to live my truth. To allow my personality to reflect my true, deepest self… to be real, present and authentic. Isn’t that what the world wants from us all?!
