OneFleet Autopilot/Pilotfish is the data center infrastructure stack and service management layer for Microsoft cloud.• Enabled $30M in cost savings for 13 new regions & 24 new DCs in FY23 by reducing Azure control plane's bare-metal footprint by 16%. • Shipped converged inventory for both the Azure data and control plane, enabling dynamic machine exchanges between control plane and data plane which allowed the fleet to scale 2x faster then before. • Managed team of dev engineers, responsible for planning, ordering, provisioning, and delivery of all compute capacity for Microsoft. • Delivered 100% customer needed compute capacity for all peak events, including Black Friday. Responsible to analyze customer and system requirements in order to develop basic architectural approaches and detailed specifications for various electronic products of the Air Data Inertial Reference system. The ADIRS system consists of hardware and software designed to functionally read out air data to the pilots. Duties include but not limited to:• Develop the Air Data Reference Unit consistent with customer requirements and specifications. Validate designs through the FAA test requirements. Analyzed test results to ensure device was flight worthy. • Identify, track, and status technical performance measures using Live Site Incident monitor and watch dog monitor to measure progress and ensure compliance with requirements. Introduced a new design that reduce watch dog incidents by 25%. • Support Supplier Management with make/buy recommendations and other technical services. Helped reduce COGs by 35% saving Boeing $250k. • Provide engineering design disposition to Airline customer on discrepancies by investigating problems. Helped American Airlines turn around a dead device in 3 days. Saved American Airlines $500k.

As a product support engineer, I am responsible for providing technical support on avariety of Business Aviation avionic products and systems such as the Boeing 777 LRUs, other responsibilities include:-Production yield improvements & cost reduction- Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) for design, test, and quality issues- Identify, prioritize, and execute projects in collaboration with a cross-functional team to increase value, capacity, efficiency, and quality of production & repair processes- Practice troubleshooting & isolation techniques to identify faulty circuit components- Develop repair processes with adherence to FAA 145, EASA 145, & CAAC 145 aerospace maintenance regulationAccomplishments: -Modeled the 777 LRUs repair line with Arena simulation to identify bottlenecks. -Worked with operations to facilitate a process that eliminated 25% of non-value added time. -Was able to increase throughput to hit the delivery metric of 95% OTTR without buying more machines or hiring more people. -Applied six sigma tools, such as Root Case Analysis, to investigate the root cause for product shipment misses. -Collaborated with technicians to develop a new process which increased shipments of 6 units per week to 11 units per week. -This also reduced HPU by three hours, increased productivity and reduced inventory.
