CurrentUnder the general supervision of the Integrated Waste Manager, I currently assist in the organization and clerical maintenance of 2019 FEMA related projects. 2019 Floods: Finalized a large project of paperwork where I verified numbers, dates, load tickets, weight tickets and images for county records and FEMA reports.2019 Disaster Roads: Actively aiding in the completion of 51 FEMA sites where I organize Budget Estimates, Site Maps, and Images for FEMA submittal.I also work on excel spreadsheets for invoicing and data entry related items to keep records up to date and organized. Organizing bid documents.Filling out permitting applications on EcoAtlas for CDFW, Waterboards and UCASE.Knowledge of the Water Board (Sacramento), North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board, California Department of Fish and Wildlife, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and CEQA organizations.Administered support to Director, Deputy Director, management and Executive-status Engineers and Technicians for construction, contracts and management projects for Sonoma County bridges and roads.Finalized and customized competitive documents: addendums, Caltrans consultants audit and award packages, bid book, bid item lists, notice to bidders and special provisions, proposals received, PSA agreements, RFP’s and RFQ’s.Authored clear documentation: addendums, letters, minutes and consultant contact lists. Supported Pay Technician by calculating weight tags, quantities of materials, quantity calculation sheets and organizing records.Managed constants: contacting, scheduling and sending project notifications.
