Create and execute team practices for 3 teams, work with a diverse set of athletes ranging from ages 7-17 5 days a week, ensure athletes are focused and intentional, communicate with visiting parents, assist in tryouts, make practices engaging, and ensure athletes are following appropriate safety practices.

Sole instructor of bi-weekly drill sections for Beginner Chinese 1 and 2 classes. Assist in lesson planning for each class, grade homework and provide feedback, hold one-on-one o ffice hours for extra language practice, ensure each class is engaging and challenging, and introduce students ages 17-20 to a new language and culture from the perspective of a non-Chinese person.

Outreach: Recruit & coordinate volunteers, recruit and coordinate panelists for education classes, social media outreach— specifically our Instagram page, advertising of classes, potlucks, and Farm to Table Dinners.Distribution: Coordinate, recruit for, & execute our CSA programs, market stands, produce donations, and restaurant sales. System-building for metrics-taking, harvesting, and fruit & vegetable storage.General: Create a chart of accounts, oversee management of Quickbooks, aid in general farm labor, grant writing, hiring, and spear heading event planning for Farm to Table Dinners and other fundraising events.
