I have over 20+ years’ experience in Information Technology, Large Scale Project Management, Customer Service Centers, Network Operations Centers, Data Centers, Network Infrastructure, Server Infrastructure, Storage Area Network and Audio/Visual Solutions with particular strengths in Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Escalation Process and Procedures, and Service Level Agreements while leveraging existing technology with the ability to motivate and develop others in the achievement of individual and organizational goals. In year 2005, a recipient winner of the George Washington University Morris Gwendolyn Cafritz Award recognizing Excellence in the area of Information Technology and Public Leadership.
