Veronica Malolos is a Commercial Realtor and holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, commercial real estate's global standard for professional achievement. In 2014, she was mentored and then hired in 2015 by CCIM 2017 Global President, Robin Webb, at NAI Realvest. Her personal notable transactions include land sales for Walmart Neighborhood Market Store, St. Cloud Preparatory Academy, Carrousel Therapy Center, Cameron Preserve (a 200 unit multi-family site), Stevens Crossings Retail Village, Kid City USA, leases for Florida Congressman Darren Soto, Centerstate Automotive Inc. and a repurposed bank sale for St. Cloud Compounding Pharmacy. In her recent past, she was the Managing Broker of the top producing residential Remax office in her market area for four years. In her community of Osceola County, Florida, she is the 3rd term Chair of the County Planning Commission, and a Trustee for the Osceola County Education Foundation Charter School Board. As a Realtor of 15 years, she is a leader in her local, state and national Realtor Associations.
