Responsible for all company financial and personnel related accounting and coordination, includingacting as primary point of contact for U.S. and Canadian payroll companies, insurance representativesand company CPA. Managed the department responsible for all custom programming for clients of this value added resellerof enterprise software. Primary responsibilities included meeting with clients to determine the specificmodifications needed to the tailor the software to their business. Wrote the custom programmingdesign documents for the client's approval and managed a team of programmers to complete thecustomizations.
