I am currently employed as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Genesee and Wyoming, where I manage and ensure successful coordination of tactical and strategic sales activities for a specific account base across the CUOH railroad. In addition, I ensure the development of new rail centric accounts that provide incremental growth for the CUOH. I am responsible for leading and managing the development of detailed information regarding each customer's business and transportation requirements. I develop existing and new customer action plans, coordinate and deliver pricing packages, and lead rate negotiations that maximize Genesee & Wyoming’s penetration of the customer's transportation portfolio across assigned railroads and the network of companies served by the Genesee & Wyoming companies. Lastly, I coordinate resources necessary to fulfill customer requirements, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve assigned revenue, contribution, volume, and business development targets.

I worked as a trusted marketing advisor for the clients of FOX 8's on-air advertising. I assisted in creating lasting promotional results for local businesses within the Cleveland area. In addition, I was responsible for bringing in new business and additional clientele. Once new business was secured, I worked directly with the station's production team to create campaign ideas, commercials, and social media advertising.

I created and designed all marketing content for the Campus Ministry social media outlets. I also gained experience in photography, videography, editing, and public speaking. Through this internship I strengthened my skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, iMovie, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.

I had the opportunity to work in the Campus Ministry as a Work Study Student. My responsibilities included answering phone calls, running errands, and completing miscellaneous tasks.

I had the opportunity to broaden my view of the business and banking world through my employment as a bank teller for Park National Bank. My role within the company allowed me to gain an extensive amount of experience and knowledge through day to day interactions with the public, customer service, as well as computational and professional experiences. As a bank teller I had the opportunity to perfect and learn new skills such as cash handling, processing transactions, time management, multitasking, and problem solving. My experience with Park National Bank truly opened my eyes to the world of banking and granted me a skillset that has prepared me for opportunities to come.

I served as the head of marketing for the John Carroll Student Government. I was responsible for all advertisement and promotion of the organization.
