At Willamette Dental I managed the every day operations of a Dental Practice in Downtown Seattle. I coordinated schedules for all groups of employees, from front desk to back office. I was responsible for the financial stability of the office as well as for customer service and patient satisfaction. Helped coordinate referrals, solve any and all issues that came up, worked with all staff for continuous improvement. During my last year my office gained in patient satisfaction to exceed company standards, and I was ranked as one of the top managers in employee satisfaction in my region.
