Manager and leader of personnel for the department Production IT Nordic that operates in Sweden, Denmark and Finland.Production IT Nordic main area is to serve our production facilities in 35 different locations, and are working with automation it, production technical equipment and users.Main areas of responsibility for my role are:• Ensure business-oriented IT and on-site support for business units are met.• Maintain and develop strategic needs of business units/divisions system landscape for production.• Optimize information flows between systems and processes• Manage interfaces between production systems, financial systems and data capture systems• Coordinate and prioritize activities within the Production IT Nordic group• Follow up running costs, budget and investments• Collaborate with other units within IT to ensure a stable delivery with agreed quality.• Participate and collaborate with the rest of Bring and the Posten Group• Part of the IT Operations board for Posten Norge and the Bring Group• Personnel responsibility and management• Budget and financial follow-up.• Ensure that IT and production solutions meet the business needs• Ensure that IT and on-site support for production meets business needs• Ensure that solutions are aligned with Posten/Bring overall strategy for the area.
