CurrentPrepare leases and lease amendments; draft purchase and sale agreements; write and review possession and commencement letters, default letters and other legal notices; track critical dates for new leases; prepare estoppels, SNDAs, and other documents required for acquisitions, dispositions, and financing; maintain and monitor accurate exclusive, restrictions, co-tenancy information, and termination options on all centers; update rent rolls and site plans; ensure compliance with lenders, third parties, and matters of record; prepare lease abstracts; maintain Yardi database with critical dates and financial requirements; ensure all lease-related transactions are reviewed and properly recorded; maintain environmental escrows; file annual reports for all business entities; prepare operating agreements and obtain EINs; work closely with inside counsel, outside counsel, brokers, tenants, and property managers.
