Client Services Specialist
Current• Act as the primary point of contact with insurance carriers to address inquiries regarding coverage and claims• Prepare and generate essential insurance documents following precise guidelines• Coordinate communication and changes between clients and insurance carriers, ensuring smooth interactions• Input data, print proposals, and gather information at the direction of financial representative in preparation for client/prospecting meetings• Contact clients to confirm receipt of forms or requests a return of completed forms• Prepare policies for delivery• Maintain current client information for all product lines• Proficiently scan and archive documents in the relevant company system• Process incoming non-securities related insurance service requests from clients (process address changes, bank information change, loan requests and insurance service account service inquiries)• Complete monthly and quarterly tasks as well as work on ad hoc projects as needed• Responding to requests for assistance from advisors as needed• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
