Member of the Studio Growth team - responsible for guiding and implementing the G2M strategy of 3 B2B studio companies

I work with small and medium size businesses to develop their business strategy, conduct research and make changes to their branding and positioning strategy.

I managed a diverse committee of 6 people (including designers, photographers, videographers & writers. I also co-directed a community of 30+ active members as a board member. Part of my responsibilities was teaching workshops on topics such as graphic design, photography & writing.Lastly, I cooperated in the development of an online merchandise store

I designed logos, social media covers, business cards and packaging for various businesses. The designs were selected on a competition basis. The businesses I focused on operated in the food, health and wellness, sports and fashion industries.

I collaborated with my brother to sell various products on Amazon (US). We had a portfolio of 4 products on average at a time, in various categories. I was mainly involved with the research, selection and development of products, finding suppliers and negotiating quantitates and prices, monitoring the competition and providing improvements, monitoring customer response, and lastly, branding and product presentation. While our company was moderately successful in the first 2 years, there is an extreme amount of competition and each product would eventually fail. Even though we have since stopped selling products on Amazon, it has been a great learning opportunity when it comes to market and data analysis, social media advertising, negotiations, production and running a business generally.

I was responsible for all advertising surrounding the event, including managing social media, designing all promotional material and communications, as well as managing a team of students that were individually responsible for each aspect of our advertising strategy.
