Finance/ Office Manager

General support to the COO in this Global performance marketing company where I am responsible of the day to day finance and administration as raising sales invoices, ensuring suppliers are paid promptly, bank transactions and reconciliation, exchange rates, credit control, chasing historic debt, deal with suppliers queries, monitoring expenses/receipts. This role requires me a good attention to detail and organisation skills. My tasks are very versatile also as administrative duties such as filing, answering emails, deal with client’s issues and requests, monitoring supplier’s contracts, travels management, planning events, liaising with landlord/agent and ordering office equipment/supplies as required, ensure employee maintain good condition of the office. The use of my languages skills is also necessary when communicating with clients/suppliers from others countries.
