I started my working life as a professional dancer, model, and then yoga instructor. My love for how the body and mind are connected and the ways you can make your life what you want through this understanding is what drives me. With over 18 years of service experience, I've spent time counseling Veterans and the homeless,teaching Yoga classes to mothers-to-be, assisting in child-birth experiences as a Doula, andproviding case management to those afflicted with addiction and mental illness. I produced,edited, and starred in my own podcast for older athletes, am a self-taught social mediamarketer, and I love finding new ways to be creative. Currently, I am an Admission Counselor with the University of Denver for the Graduate School of Social Work online program. I continue to knit custom dolls and bake designer cookies for folks in my community with Sugar By Vero.
