• Responsible for all cash posting and reconciling of funds received by HID Global to the proper general ledger accounts. Promoted from Accounting Clerk to Cash Applications Coordinator.
• Captured $25 million in revenue by validating and successfully managing the application of over 2,000 company cash receipts processed monthly.
• Implemented a mass application utility into production in conjunction with the IT department, resulting in wires and ACH payments being processed electronically versus manually.
• Successfully managed the inter-company global cross payment netting process encompassing 20 divisions and subsidiaries of Assa Abloy, the parent company of HID Global.
• Manage the merchant banking process with PNC and SEB. Specifically processed $2 million in monthly credit card transactions, maintained receipt records and resolved discrepancies.
• Liaison between HID Global and PNC/SEB treasury departments to facilitate resolution of cash discrepancies.
